European platform on volunteering practices, knowledge and experiences exchange in Criminal Justice System

European platform on volunteering practices, knowledge and experiences exchange in Criminal Justice System.

This is a shared-interest European platform, where those working in volunteering in the criminal justice sector can exchange practices, programmes and projects. We also acknowledge and advocate for volunteering in prison settings.

This platform has been created in the scope of Volpris Project – Prisons Managing Volunteers in Europe, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme. VOLPRIS invests in the qualification of volunteering management and coordination in prison, to have a positive impact upon volunteers’ effectiveness and thereby on reoffending rates.
