The volunteering manager Self Assessment Tool is an instrument that will allow us to position each trainee in a certain level of knowledge, competencies and experience regarding CJS volunteering management. To do this, you’ll be asked to complete a self-assessment questionnaire. This questionnaire aims at supporting you in identifying the level of knowledge, competencies and experience regarding CJS volunteering management and which kind of contents and tools could be important for you to improve. Based on these results, you can reflect on the level you are at this time.
